Important Disclaimers:

You do not lose access to your purchase. This is mainly for safety reasons. Your products can be accessed through the Library if you own a member account and your purchases have been verified.
Please see the FAQ for more info on the Library and the verification process.
‣ The TOS below is subject to change at any time, updated TOS must be followed regardless of purchase date or method of obtaining the product (gifted or purchased for yourself).
‣ If you do not like/will not follow/abide or respect my Terms of Use, please do NOT buy/use my products. Do not try to argue or bend my TOS, that is highly disrespectful.
‣ If you fail to read information readily available on the product page or in my TOS/etc. I am NOT responsible nor liable, it is on the customer to pay attention and read! If you are unsure of something you may contact me at any time through any of the given options here.
‣ To use my products you need at least some Unity/Blender knowledge. You may follow my "How to:" section of the product (if available) or take a look at my YouTube channel for a tutorial. I do NOT take responsibility to educate anyone, said reference is not my liability.
ToS/ToU for Avatars

‣ Do NOT redistribute/share/sell my products in any way, shape, or form (If you wish to make a gift use the GIFT CARD option!).

‣ Do NOT make any of the avatars public (edited or not), and do NOT wear/use any illegal public versions, if you want to use my models, you must purchase/obtain them from MY shops ONLY! Making any of my avatars public is ILLEGAL, please report any public versions you see.

‣ Do NOT claim as your own (edited or not), always give credit to Jana_Inh with a link to the page on www.blondies-bikemeet.com!

‣ Do NOT upload to others' accounts. You can only upload one of my avatars to someone else's account if BOTH parties have bought/own a license to the same avatar! You CAN upload your own avatar you have purchased to your own alt accounts, if you are the ONLY person using those accounts!

‣ Do NOT edit/create other models to look like/match my models, or make female/male/gender-bent versions! My models are my own or purchased designs/concepts I own the rights to, by doing that you will be plagiarizing my work.

‣ Do NOT take/reuse ANY parts/assets/textures/etc. from my avatars (Not even for personal use)! Any parts you wish to reuse have to be purchased from the original creator listed in the credits.
➟ Usage of my edits is not allowed (Aside from my products) even if you own the original creator's asset

‣ Do NOT make a direct profit off of my original designs (including designs that were purchased). Things like but not limited to merchandising, creating a brand around that design, etc. (Streaming/uploading videos/social media postings and related donations, subs, etc. are not considered direct profit). The original designs (and any resemblance) belong to me and are not to be adapted to other media.

‣ Price splitting my products is NOT allowed.

‣ Any product you buy from my shop is NOT refundable (If the product is broken in some way that does not correlate to outside factors like platform updates, edits, etc. please contact me so I can elaborate on a fix).

‣ Your license (personal) is ONLY valid if you provide the appropriate information asked at check out. If that information is not provided, your purchase cannot be linked to you, and will NOT be valid, nor will your license.

‣ My models CAN be used in other games/platforms (such as CVR/NeosVR/Helios etc.), as long as it is PERSONAL use only and NO ONE else will have access to the files in any way, shape, or form (Follow these TOS for those platforms as well).

‣ I am NOT responsible for any updates that break the avatars, OR any edits you have done that break the avatars in any way, it is up to the customer to update/fix their issues regarding that.

‣ If you wish to use my models for any kind of social media/platform/streaming you MUST credit me as the creator (Jana_Inh) and my shop with a link (www.blondies-bikemeet.com) somewhere CLEARLY VISIBLE, on your page/description/video/etc.
For social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.:
➟ Tag me somewhere CLEARLY VISIBLE on the post/video/description/your page (Do NOT tag me in comments only!).
➟ My accounts are listed in the CONTACT section.
For streaming/uploading videos on Twitch, YouTube. etc.:
➟ Any content like this is ONLY allowed if you purchased the VTuber version (includes streaming license) of the model you wish to use, regardless of if you plan to use it.
➟ Any models before Gen. 2 (Gen. 1 & Gen. 1.5 / Deprecated) can be used without a streaming license.
➟ You MUST credit me as the creator (Jana_Inh) and my shop with a link (www.blondies-bikemeet.com) somewhere CLEARLY VISIBLE, on your page/description/video/etc.
For any adult platforms/Suggestive posts:
➟ You may not use any of my work for any adult platform.
➟ You may not display any of my work in a sexual way.
➟ I am not responsible for any content created using my models and do not condone any unethical, overly political, etc. messages that may be associated with my products through said content.

‣ By purchasing any of my products on either janainh.gumroad.com or www.blondies-bikemeet.com you are viable to receive said product on the opposite platform as well.
➟ This does NOT give you 2 licenses! This is soleley for the customer to be able to profit from both platfroms benefits.
➟ Only viable if the product is available on both stores.
➟ Get a product key for said product on the opposite store here (Choose "Request product key (Gumroad)" and fill out the form, we will get back to you asap)

‣ Any official way of receiving a model on my store is equal to having bought said product.
➟ "Official" referring to having bought said product on www.blondies-bikemeet.com/janainh.gumroad.com, winning said product in a giveaway hosted by me or being gifted said product via www.blondies-bikemeet.com
➟ This way you are viable of product updates, requesting product keys, etc.

‣ You may edit my avatars to your liking.
➟ You have full control over ANY edits you wish to do as long as they respect the ToS.
➟ Regardless of how much the avatar was edited it remains a Jana_Inh product and therefore has to be credited and follow the ToS accordingly.
➟ The original designs (and any resemblance) belong to me and are not to be adapted to other media.
➟ I am not responsible for any edits and do not condone any unethical, overly political, etc. messages that may be associated with my products through said content.

‣ Do NOT resell on their own, nor take parts of the mesh in any form and try to re-sell those, combined or not with other mesh, etc. in the form of an asset. That is PROHIBITED.

‣ The model being sold CANNOT cost less than the highest priced asset (of my products) that is being used. (Meaning: You bought an asset from my shop for 10€, the model you are using it on cannot cost less than those 10€)

➟ Any VRChat models before Gen. 2 (Gen. 1 & Gen. 1.5 / Deprecated) can be used without a streaming license (VTuber adaptation).
