How do I correctly use your avatar packages? ➟ As the setup may differ between avatar generations (find out more below) and a "How to" may need a bit more explanation in some parts I made a separate site for it. Find the "How to..." & advice on known issues HERE 2. Which Rules do I have to follow? ➟ All Rules are listed in the Terms of Service! 3. Can I commission you to edit your avatars to my liking? ➟ This depends on the complexity of the changes you wish for. Generally, I do free edits for all Avatars from Gen. 1 - Gen. 2. These edits inlcude recolors and simple adjustments in Unity (adding glasses, expressions, changing physics, etc.). Any edits beyond that I DON'T do. Anything that must be done in Blender or is too complex to fit in what is mentioned above I can not offer. For further information take a look at Question #7 ! 4. Can I ask you for help if I am facing any problems with your packages? ➟ yes, of course, please use any of the following contact options: ‣ Fill out the "Product support" form in Support ‣ Open a ticket in "#✉open-ticket" (If you are on the Blondies Bikemeet server ). ‣ Create a post in #☏bugs-or-suggestions (If you are on the Blondies Bikemeet server ). 5. What does "Gen. 1"/"Gen. 1.5"/"Gen. 2"/etc. mean? ➟ My avatars are categorized into Generations. These Generations mark certain things like creation time period, features, setup, compatibility, etc. (only internally I there is not a specific combination of these factors set to imply a next generation). Avatar generations can be viewed in the Avatar gallery and on each product page. Mainly the generational gap is defined by how old the avatars are (implying how they are set up) and what features they have (regardless of if they had an update). Where can I buy your models? ➟ You can purchase all models, assets & services here: Blondies Bikemeet Shop ➟ All (paid) models & assets can also be purchased on Jinxxy: Jinxxy Shop ‣ If you wish for an upload please fill out the "Avatar Upload" form in support ➟ If you wish to recolor an upload include the changes you wish for in the upload request message. Recolors/Edits: Recolors and/or small edits are free. ➟ If you wish to recolor a package purchase the package through the shop, then fill out the "Recolor/Edit" form in support. You will receive the recolored materials in a package that will override the default materials upon import. Reference colors/pictures or inspirations are always welcomed! 8. What payment options do I have? ➟ We support all payment options from PayPal, Apple Pay, Giropay, Google Pay, and Klarna to Credit- and Debit cards! 9. Why does the website ask for my private info at the checkout? ➟ Since Juliana Inhestern (Blondies Bikemeet) is a registered business this info is needed to make a valid invoice so you have full proof of buying any product. 10. Why can't I redownload the Product from my emails? ➟ Downloads from E-Mails expire after 30 days so if you are trying to download the Product you purchased a month after the purchase you cannot download it again through the same E-Mail. You may access your products via the Library after verification. Please see Question #11 for information on the product Library. 11. How do I access my Library content? ➟ The Library is only available for site members. You need to own a member account to see the Library and any purchases made on your account have to be verified by the staff before you can access them through the Library. Purchase verification for site members: ➟ The Library was added on the 26th of March 2024. Any purchases made by site members before that date have been verified. ➟ New purchases made by site members are automatically verified within 1-5 business days. You can download your products via your E-Mail for 30 days, after your purchase has been verified you can access it through the Library. Library access for non-member purchases: ➟ Any purchases from non-members can not be verified. If you have made any purchases but do not own a member account please follow the guide below to gain access to the Library: ‣ Create a member account on https://www.blondies-bikemeet.com/ ‣ Fill out the "Library Access" form on the Support page ‣ You will have to enter your full name, E-Mail, and at least one order number of any previous purchase you've made ‣ Your request will be processed within 1-5 business days and all purchases that could be linked to your information will be verified
